SUMMARY:Planning Commission Work Session and Public Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This will be a combined public meeting and work session of the 
 City of St. Helens Planning Commission to provide information about recent 
 work completed by the project team\, including a background assessment of r
 elevant local and state plans\, polices and regulations\; transportation\, 
 land use and urban design conditions\; and a set of design ideas or strateg
 ies that may be considered and incorporated in streetscape design concepts 
 to be prepared during the next phase of the project.  The meeting will incl
 ude a presentation with opportunities for members of the Planning Commissio
 n and community members in attendance to ask questions about and comment on
  these materials during and after the presentation.  People may arrive anyt
 ime after 6:30 and the meeting will formally begin at 7 p.m.  Between 6:30 
 and 7pm people will have an opportunity to review project exhibits before t
 he formal meeting begins.
